Sehr schönes und großes Apartment. Der Besitzer hat sich sehr um den Komfort seiner Gäste gekümmert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig, und alles ist in der Nähe. Der Strand ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Our host, Andrea, was extremely welcoming and always eager to help.
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds, kitchen appliances, a dishwasher, and a large fridge. The pictures on booking are accurate. A great bonus was the lobby, where we could get free coffee and fresh water.
The beach, parking, and various restaurants were all just a short walk away, and Rimini city center was easily reachable by bus or car.
Overall, this accommodation offers great value for money.
The shower was a bit small.

Siamo andati per una settimana... FAVOLOSO:il proprietario é super accogliente, soggiorno eccezionale da ogni punto di vista (anche quello tecnologico)e la posizione era ottima! Nel residence erano presenti anche due servizi che ci hanno fatto molto piacere: l'acqua e il caffè completamente gratuiti!La spiaggia era perfetta e i ristoranti non mancavano.CONSIGLATISSIMO!
