L’appartamento è molto pulito, accogliente e ben organizzato. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Anche il bagno è molto comodo: la pressione dell’acqua è ottima e la temperatura si regola facilmente.
La cucina è davvero funzionale e ben attrezzata, con piatti, stoviglie, vari utensili e anche la moka per preparare il caffè. Consiglio solo di portare con sé olio, sale e gli altri condimenti se si vuole cucinare.
La posizione è molto comoda: il mare si raggiunge a piedi in circa 6-7 minuti. Nelle vicinanze ci sono sia spiagge libere sia stabilimenti balneari; noi siamo stati anche al Bagno 99, che ha un’area giochi per bambini, molto comoda per chi viaggia in famiglia.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Filippo, sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e molto accogliente.
Lo consiglio assolutamente, soprattutto alle famiglie con bambini!
The apartment is very clean, cosy and well organised. We felt at home right away. The bathroom is also very comfortable, with excellent water pressure and easy temperature control.
The kitchen is really practical and well equipped, with plates, utensils, everything you need for cooking, and even a Moka pot for coffee. Just remember to bring your own oil, salt and other seasonings if you plan to cook.
The location is very convenient, only about a 6–7 minute walk from the beach. There are both free beaches and beach clubs nearby. We also went to Bagno 99, which has a children’s playground and is a great option for families.
A special mention to Filippo, who was extremely kind, welcoming and always helpful throughout our stay.
Definitely recommended, especially for families travelling with children!
L’unica piccola cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è che i comandi a parete dell’aria condizionata sono un po’ datati, ma funzionano comunque bene.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was very convenient, close to the beach and everything we needed. Filippo was very friendly, welcoming and communication was easy throughout our stay.

Die Residence war in sehr guter Lage, 2 Minuten von den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt und 5 min vom Strand bzw der Strandmeile. Filippo hat sich super um uns gekümmert und uns hat es in der Suite an nichts gefehlt. Highlight war die Dachterrasse die traumhaft für Frühstück und Abendessen war. Auch sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist die Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Despar direkt neben der Residence. Alles in allem hatten wir eine traumhafte Zeit.
