Sehr freundliches Personal! Angefangen vom Empfang bis hin zum Putzpersonal waren alle Angestellten auch sehr engagiert. Wir bekamen sogar das Frühstück kostenlos dazu. Das Putzpersonal hat uns besonders positiv überrascht. Wir wurden nie gestört und das Bett wurde so gemacht, wie wir es mögen (ohne alles festzuzurren).
Eine Klimaanlage und weitere Geräte im Fitnessstudio wären noch toll gewesen. Matratzen sind sehr weich - man sinkt richtig ein. Die Dusche im Eckzimmer war relativ klein. Die Bar wurde bei unserem Besuch nicht von anderen Gästen genutzt - auch eine Barkarte wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Personel bardzo życzliwy, bardzo uczynny. Przytulne wnętrza, połączenie tradycji i nowoczesności, przemyślane rozwiązania (np. otwieranie rolety zewnętrznej z łóżka :). Lokalizacja przy samym morzu, troszkę z dala od hałaśliwego centrum turystycznego, przez co relaks był pełniejszy.

The reception is qualified, the restaurant staff no single word of english nor any other language !
It is rare, have been globally with other Best Western and always good....Rimini has no quality, our own error of decision...strange location for 4*
