Exceptional

Location: 1,5 min from the main train station, good city location, gresta apartment,all facilities are clean, well maintained, City map. Coffee capsules....practically how na rent apartment should be. Recommended

Our apartment was at the 3 floor, so not easy to carry bags but they are there to help.

The location was brilliant. Apartment was super spacious and the host was amazing!

Would definitely recommend.

Great apartment, fantastic location. Plenty of rooms for a group of 6 friends, very comfortable beds. Communication with the host was great, we would definitely stay here again.

The apartment didn't have an oven or grill which would be helpful but that was the only thing missing for us everything else was great.

Great location for great price. Highly recommend for group

The host (Priscilla) was lovely, waited for us upon arrival, there was no problem with comunication, explaing everything, answered questions, gave us local restaurant recommendation. Aparment is loated on 2nd floor, without stairs on lively street. We didn’t have problem with sleeping even with the noise. Apartmant is spacious enough, has fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with toilette and another toilet. just like pictures. It’s close to center, great location

some people may find apartment on 2nd floor without lift hardly accesible, I guess. For us, it wasn’t a problem.

Excellent location. Great apartment with all facilities, 2 supermarkets within 100 meters. Burger king within 15 meters :) excellent soundproofing. Even if it is loud outside the apartment is quite quiet. 2 bathrooms. Note that this apartment has stairs:)) large rooms.

Fantastic stay

the house is located right in the city center! the rooms are spacious, comfortable and comfortable. there are many advantages: air conditioning, two bathrooms, iron, hairdryer. Priscilia was a helpful, polite and attentive host! thank you very much Priscilia!

The location is excellent. Very close to everything, shops, restaurants, public transportation. Priscilla, the host was very helpful.

The noise at night and had to carry the luggages up to the 3rd floor. But then again, I already knew this before booking. The central location was more important to me.

Welcomed at property. Nice accommodation. Didn't use kitchen so can't comment but was clean with enough cutlery, utensils. Very good location. Best to go to and from Rossio station, less inclines. Good supermarket nearby with lots of cafes, restaurants.Time Out can be walked to. Rooms had aircon which all worked. No room safe but good security on doors with cctv on landing.

No covers on the duvets.

The only positive thing about this property is the very good location.

In the top of the list are 2 things: 1. Cleaning: A) Glasses, cups, plates, knives and forks were all with “marks” from previous use. We had to start to wash everything to make sure and feel comfortable that we are safe. For healthy measures I really recommend the installation of an washing machine. B) In every room, including main bathroom, we found hair. 2. Property sound isolation: none. No isolation inside the property between rooms, open space, bathroom. Completely disturbed especially during the night by the neighborhood from above from which we heard every move, discussion, fight and so on. 3. Sleeping: A) Master bedroom: the bed is not at all a master one. B) Sheets: missing pilot cover for each bed.

Fabulous place for a family

The location was excellent. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The host was lovely. We were able to leave our bags after check out until we departed for our bus - this was really generous.

No clothes washing machine. The hot water in the shower was just warm enough to cope with. The power tripped if you used a few appliances, like the toaster, stove and an air conditioner but this wasn’t a big issue for us.
