About this condo rental
Nestled in Estero Island, this lovely condo for $153 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. You Have Found FloridaBeachSunset! It's all about the view! The view from our vacation home (yes, we are the actual owners and not a management company) can't be beat! You have direct views of the Gulf and the beach from every single window, which is going to give you memories of your time in Fort Myers Beach that you will talk about forever. Our non-smoking corner unit condo is perfectly located to show you beautiful sunsets year around. And, being on the eleventh floor gives you a bird's eye view that you just can't get from the lower floors. Our home has been professionally decorated with a tropical theme, and the use of large wall mirrors brings the tranquil gulf views into all areas of the home. To release your inner chef, the updated kitchen is fully-equipped with new appliances (including a dishwasher!). Our home accommodates 2-4 people on the king-sized bed and the queen-sized sleeper sofa (which is the most comfortable sleeper sofa we've ever seen). There is a 40 inch flat screen TV in the main room with an exquisite 1080p high definition signal (this is an upgrade above what most of the units in our complex have), and a 26 inch flat screen TV in the bedroom. There is a sliding door that you can close between the bedroom and the main room for privacy, if needed. All linens are provided except for beach towels. We realize that sometimes you have to be 'in touch', even on vacation. For this reason, we have high speed internet/WiFi in our home free for you to use. The condo complex also has WiFi available down in the lobby area, but most of the condos don't have it 'in the home'. Ours does! The open air balcony/lanai invites you to relax as you watch the dolphins, many coastal birds, or fantastic sunsets or just listen to the rhythm of the waves. We are located on the tranquil South end of Fort Myers Beach on the World's Safest Beach; shallow waters with no undertow makes it great for swimming as well as shelling. Enjoy the 10 acres of beautiful tropically landscaped common area which provides 4 clay tennis courts, a large climate controlled heated pool, shuffle board, gas grills, as well as many sunning areas with lounge chairs; there is still room for kite flying on those ocean breezy days. Laundry is also provided on site for your convenience. If you want to eat out, there are many great places to dine right across the street or within a short walking distance. Other things very close include a bank, boutique and gift shops, a large drug store with many grocery staple items, post office, marina with boat rentals, an ice cream shop and more. An 18 hole public golf course is only a block away, and there is a dinner movie theater just a few blocks away. The island trolley can be caught across the street to take you to the North end to 'the action' of Time Square or Bowditch Park for only a small charge. The same trolley also goes south to Lovers Key State Park and Bonita Springs. Fort Myers Beach is centrally located, only minutes to Naples and Marco Island to the South and Sanibel and Captiva to the North. WE KEEP OUR AVAILABILITY CALENDAR EXTREMELY UP TO DATE. Talk about a million dollar view!!! We sat on the lanai every morning and watched the sunset each evening. The ocean breeze and sounds of the waves were so relaxing. We could not have asked for a better experience for our vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-weeks’ stay at this condo! The location on Fort Myers Beach is perfection — the other side of the island is so so busy and that is just not our idea of vacation. The bed was very comfortable and the entire unit just worked for us. The balcony was just the best! We enjoyed many sunsets there or on the beach. Speaking of the beach, after driving around to different beaches in the area, we decided we had the perfect beach right where we were — we would set up our chairs and umbrella in the morning, spend some time on the beach throughout the day, often taking a break to walk up the beach to Pincers for a late lunch, then coming back to the beach to watch the sunset. What a life! It was all just amazing. Thanks for sharing this lovely lovely property with us!!

The condo itself is small, as they all are at Estero Beach & Tennis Club, but we had everything we needed. We had no reason to try the sofa sleeper, but the king-size bed was very comfortable and we got a good rest every night. We also made good use of the internet connection, because we just can't live without our electronic toys!
Many thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay in their home-away-from-home. It was just the break we needed after being cooped up at home for the past year and a half!

The view from the condo was amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins and the sunsets. The location was perfect for us as it was out of the hustle and bustle. Any issues that we had, Kirby was very attentive to and quick to resolve. I was a little disappointed on the size of the pool as it accommodates 3 buildings and it had very little sun until the afternoon however, it was heated which was nice.

Great Vacation to Stay and Play!
We had a great vacation at Kirby and Mariya's Condo! Place was well appointed with everything you would need for your beach vacation! It was great having access to beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler to enjoy your beach days! The bed was comfortable with plenty of bath towels (you need to bring beach towels). It was located across from an outdoor shopping mall with restaurants! The best about this condo was the view! We hope to return in the future!

Furnishing are a little old but the owners are accommodating.
View and beach are all that are advertised, however, you should know that between certain dates (I think it is May to September, but don't quote me) you must keep the curtains closed after dark and before sunrise due to turtle nesting. Overall a great deal for the price.

Bonita Beach and Tennis Resort
The unit was well equipped and very clean. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. The beach was great for walking and swimming.
The strip mall across the street had great restaurants and shops.
This was in all ways the best vacation spot we've ever been to.

Location, location, location!
You couldn't beat the view from the balcony- the sunsets were gorgeous! We loved being right on the beach and across from restaurants and stores. Enjoyed the Farmer's market in the shopping center across the street on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Bed was comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. So easy to catch the bus to Time Square at Ft. Myers beach. Be sure to bring your own beach towels, paper goods and toiletries. Condo was a bit dated, but adequate for our needs.

Very nice condo. The views were spectacular as advertised. Really enjoyed the area and are planning on returning next year. 11th floor was nice for viewing. Owners very responsive to all needs and very organized on all details.

Can not beat the south end of the island
This property was wonderful for the wife and my getaway. The views are tremendous from the balcony and even just out the window. If you like shelling, this is the place for you. Just go south on the beach at low tide and even in July you will find plenty of shells. This location is easy to get to Lovers Key and in July, not a long ride from the pier area. Went there several day before 10am and had no trouble parking. Went to Captiva and Sanibel Islands one day but their beaches were not as nice as the one right in front of Estero Beach and Tennis Club.

First time to Fort Myers
I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at this property. This was my first time to Florida, believe it or not, and was also my first time using HomeAway.
The private beach is a short 3-5 minute walk from the condo. The views were amazing. The condo is also located relatively close to all the restaurants and shops. We would love to stay here again sometime!

Breathtaking views in Comfort
The owners were easy to talk to and very accommodating . They had answers to all my questions before we booked . When we arrived this property was exactly as described on VRBO . We were directly on the beach and the very first night we got t see the most beautiful sunset ever . From that evening we looked forward to sunset every day , needless to say every evening the sunset off the balcony was breathtaking . The first two days we were there (which was the week of the 4th of July ) , we were confused and wondering why we were not having to wait in line at the restaurants and why the beach was not over crowded . Then we figured out that summer is the off season . Which was really nice for us . The beach was open and you didn't have to get down before sunrise to get a spot . We also walked the beach and found all kind of fighting Conch shells and sand dollars . Then there was any kind of restaurant at any price point you wanted within minutes of driving , We really enjoyed our room and the whole area . It was our first time that far south and we loved it . I will definitely be back in touch Kirby Vandivort again , I would love to come back to this very room in the future .
