The location is perfect to enjoy the Zaga area (where everybody from Bovec comes for the river and gorge activities anyway!). The hosts live in the apartment below. The apartment is well serviced with two toilets but limited kitchen facilities but adequate for our needs. Local pub and pizza restaurant were perfect and the local supermarket (bear in mind limited opening hours) was ideal for picnic essentials. Worth using Taxi Bovec with a large party to get from Most Na Soci to Zaga - great service! We walked everywhere, white water rafting with Local Rafting who were superb and picked up from accommodation. Zip line is 5 minutes walk away. Gorge and waterfall can be walked to too (although waterfall is via a road which can be busy). Overall perfectly located accommodation for an authentic quieter Slovenia village experience in an area with stunning scenery with busier Bovec 6 miles down the road.
Some of the facilities were a bit dated and fan didn't work etc.

Owners were helpful. Parking for free. Lot of space. Nice view.
Just small details - shower window doesn’t have blinds. Microwave could be good.

The owners were so kind and friendly. The apartment was also very well equipped, with everything you could ever need in the kitchen etc. The location was beautiful but a bit out of the way which was fine because we have a car. It’s on the main road so easy to find as well.
A few things could be improved. The shower plumbing was quirky and could be replaced. We also found the floors to be a little dirty and some things dusty, but that’s often been the case in the places we have stayed in. Some might not like the older furnishings and clutter (it feels like you’re staying in someone’s home) but it’s also comforting and authentic - just have to go with it. We’d definitely stay again.
