Everything! We arrived almost midnight and the caretakers waited for us and assisted us with our luggages. The receptionist was very nice too and pleasant to talk to. She even gave us bag pouches for souvenir.
We availed two triple rooms. Although not both are same in size, but still comfortable. One of the rooms we got is the one with the balcony and it was very spacious and homey. Overall, the vibe was like a local house in Vietnam.
Daily breakfast is also great. There's a pool as well which was very refreshing (especially after walking with such humid weather) and didn't smell like chlorine.
Location is also convenient. Walking distance to the Ancient Town and ATM, banh MI carts and plenty of food places around.
This was the cheapest room we booked during our trip in Vietnam and yet it was the most worth the money!
AC is weak, but there was a fan in the room with balcony.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool was very refreshing on warm days and the location was perfect, not too far from the old town but not too busy. We were able to hire bicycles which was ideal. I would highly recommend this place.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff were really lovely, but particularly the day receptionist who gave us lots of recommendations for places to go. The swimming pool was cool and refreshing and the hotel was well cared for. Location was quiet, but a quick walk into the old town. Breakfast was buffet style and the most comprehensive we have had during our stay in Vietnam with a huge variety of choice. Hoi An is beautiful - we loved it.
We had 2 rooms. Our bed was huge but very hard, but this is not the same across the hotel though as our children’s room had lovely comfortable mattresses. Our fridge didn’t get cold and there was only warm/hot water - but I suspect that is the time of year we went as it was very hot and humid outside.

Great location close to Old Town but still not busy or noisy. Friendly staff.
Beds were very hard. We were offered to change room and the bed had a 1cm think extra matress. Better but still hard. Breakfast buffé had many choices but hot good was not hot( only warmish) and cold food was not cold. Fruits were good. With all that staff why not made egg dishes on order instead of having fries eggs not feeling hot enough. Also twice did clearing staff Walk into the room with us still in bed. Air condition not making rooms cold enough.
