Very friendly staff. While the room is fairly small, it is comfortable. Curtains keep out almost all the lights so easy for me to sleep in the mornings (I work at night). Pretty quiet street. Everywhere in the hotel kept clean and tidy.
Shower needs to be resealed. Every time I take a shower, the entire floor is soaked and slippery.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk to shops, everything was clean and start were so lovely!! Free Buffett breakfast is included in the booking price too! Our overnight bus arrived exceptionally early, when the staff arrived they let us check into the room early! Has a nice pool which definitely helped cool off in the 37 degree heat!

Staff so helpful and welcoming.
The sheets were lovely white cotton.

The breakfast was better than expected, other than the coffee. Coffee was awful. Big buffet with eggs ti order and PEANUT BUTTER. Its somewhat close to old town area but at least a 10 minute walk to anything substantial.
The beds and rooms in general were well below average. Reminds you of summer camp. Which in turn attracts the loud and obnoxious young travelers who like yo have full on conversations in the room before 8am. The staff arent very friendly and the check in and check out process lacks a lot of personality and ‘above and beyond’ service that makes a big difference. The bathrooms were bad as well and for some reason there is open space in all the bathrooms on all floors that goes into the rooms so you can hear everything that goes on in the bathrooms while in your bed.
