Well the room wasn’t small, for the price we paid we got something pretty decent, it got pool and all the basic things you need for staying in Hoi An, close to night market and some iconic places. Overall it’s clean, comfy and cheap, worth the money if your base it’s Hoi An and plan to stay most of the time outside.
Well we didn’t realise the place didn’t have a lift till we arrived, we were assigned the third floor so it wasn’t that great carrying our luggage all the way up

This is our third time staying at Dream City. We love how it’s far from the crazy streets BUT still walking distance from the river. The pricing is also really good, the staff has always been accommodating to adding additional days and giving items we need.
The bed. The last two times we’ve stayed, the bed was very uncomfortable and hard. We’ve stayed in the same room so it has been the same bed, I wish they gave more than just 2 pillows. We always have to ask for 2 more.

Friendly staff.
The fact that the room I was assigned was right next to Reception. If my TV wasn't on in the room, I would hear everything, like the walls were made of paper plus this rooms window looks right at the pool. So when you open the curtains for some natural light, anyone there would literally see you.
The hotel was fully booked so couldn't even move.
