The owner, she was welcoming and friendly. House was immaculate and tidy. Old school, and homely. Real style old school Irish B&B. Love the full Irish breakfast while looking out over the Irish farmland countryside. Watching the cows being brought in for feed. Exceptional value.

Location close to Birr. Very comfortable accommodation, warm welcome from host. Wonderful breakfast. Very quiet, comfortable room and beds. Home from home with best of Irish hospitality.
