All staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating regarding giving what to visit and booking taxis etc. The breakfast staff were always efficient and friendly setting up a great feel for the day.

The hotel staff was understanding and supportive while dealt with missing luggage for four days. Helped me find places to shop and offered suggestions to help ease the stress. We were there for 8 nights and the staff was amazing from the first.
