Brilliant location, very clean comfortable, newly renovated room. Breakfast was amazing & staff were great & very helpful

It was a beautiful hotel, and the girl at the front desk was so kind and helpful. (Kira? Kiera?)

Central Location. Bed very comfortable.
Staff poor. Felt like we were interrupting a private conversation on arrival and departure between multiple staff sat chatting at reception. Didn't seem to want to deal with us. Staff in bar/restaurant much more friendly. Carpet in hotel giving a very musty smell, particularly on the landing
