The Abbey Court never disappoints, I was there with my 92 year old Mother. We enjoyed the outside garden spaces, we could have tea in the lobby and dinner in the restaurant/ bar area. The staff were amazing on every level.

Breakfast was great, location, very nice.
Room was hot, we’re spoiled with air conditioning in heat. Pillows could be a little thicker.

Location. Staff were friendly.
The late check in of 4pm and having nowhere to store people’s luggage. Only a couple of rooms had fans in 30 degree weather and there was no way of getting cold water.
