2 minutes from airport, staff waiting for us at airport, good communication on whatsapp. Nice pool area, we enjoyed 2 hours of massage at the spa by the pool after check out to kill time before checking in to our next hotel. Breakfast included, pretty good spread. Overall great value for our first night in Bali as we arrived pass midnight.

Good room
Spa and massage area - understaffed and left me unattended three times to attend to walk ins. Finished massage early - terrible value for money.
Waited at the restaurant for 1 hour for our dinner to be brought out - they had forgotten the order.

It was close to the airport which was very convenient when you have an early flight or when you are arriving very late.
Room was okay, bed were comfortable.
There was a cake waiting for me for my 30th birthday and the decoration as well, which was very kind. The letter was handmade which made it special.

Swimming pool was big and nice but beware, if you leave you seat to go eat lunch or just do something quick you will loose your seat as the staff takes the towels when they don't see shoes in the area.
I feel like there is some work to do regarding the restaurant staff behaviour. To explain the situation, I was at the hotel restaurant, I gave my room number before eating, and then when I had to pay, the tap via my phone didn't want to work, so I told the staff I would go in my room to go grab my card, knowing my mom was just in front nearby. The staff said he would follow me, at first I didn't think of it but then I realise there is no reason for the staff to follow me all the way to my room to make sure I pay. I am staying in this hotel and they have my room number, so of course I would have come back to pay. First it made me feel like a robber as If I want to rob the hotel when I already paid to stay there, and at the same time, I am a woman, and there is no reason for a man to follow me all the way to the room. Of course I told him to not enter, because my room is a private space. He did follow me all the way to the room to make sure I pay, and it is not the standard of a 4* hotel.
Very disappointed in this hence why I don't give more than 5, at least there is the rest that was nice.
