Hygiënisch, het ruikt heerlijk fris. Welkomstdrankje. Superlocatie, dichtbij het vliegveld. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede service, ook omdat zij je in een comfortabele auto van en naar het vliegveld brengen.

Het ontbijt is oké voor een Europeaan. Knapperige broodjes moet je ook niet verwachten. Maar een heerlijke smoothie had wel lekker geweest.

Super fijne en prettige locatie. Dit is de 2e keer dat ik hier verblijf en ik kom nog een keer terug. Gratis shuttle vanaf de airport. Mooie ruime kamers, groot balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad. Super lief en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is ook erg goed.

Very close to the airport with a hotel shuttle to take you. The pool area is nice and also the room balcony has view over the pool.

Very loud area at night, lots of music coming from the mall across the road. The rooms are poorly isolated, I could hear everything happening in the neighbouring room. And they made me sign a borrowing form to use a fork.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good, and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Great spa and transfer to and from the airport.

Pool and restaurant onsite were lovely. Staff were very helpful, even packing our breakfast for us as we had an early flight. The location is somewhat noisy but not enough to trouble you at night time. Small mall over the road with cinemas and a supermarket.

The beds were rock hard, but otherwise the room was comfortable and a good size.

Customer Service is excellent. They are customer-focus delivering quality service.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night as were flying out to Australia the next day. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the room was nicely decorated and the shower pressure was fantastic. Breakfast was superb and the pool was also lovely!

The beds weren't super comfortable, the pool closed relatively early (at 7pm!) and it was very loud during the night. The rooms aren't sound proof - you can hear if anyone is walking past your room/people partying etc. The hotel did give us earplugs as we checked in, which did help a lot & we still slept well!

Very clean, people were so lovely and polite. Pool and facilities were great. Location very close to airport and Kuta square

I love everything about it. The location was great near to the mall, shops and eateries. The environment around the area is friendly and I feel quite safe even walking in the night. The hotel itself is worth the price, comfortable and clean. The staff polite and the service excellent.

Giving 8/10 stars because the breakfast was not as great as reviewed. However, love that they have the eggs and pancake station. They were very good.

Inadmissible ! Sur leur site il était stipulé qu’une navette était gratuite de l’aéroport c’est uniquement pour cela que j’ai choisi cette hôtel . Quand j’arrive à l’aéroport aucune navette j’ai dû appelé l’hôtel et ils n’ont pas voulu venir me chercher parce que c’était trop tard (21h30) je suis restée 10 min au téléphone avec eux pour leur expliquer qu’il fait nuit que je suis une fille qui voyage seule et que je ne veux pas prendre de taxi seule à cette heure ci et que je ne connais pas Bali. 30€ de hors forfait plus tard ils me répondent qu’ils ne viendront pas. Évidemment presque 23h et j’ai du prendre un taxi qui m’a bien arnaqué (15€ pour seulement 5 min !!) et il n’a pas voulu baisser son prix. Presque minuit et je ne voulais qu’une chose dormir après plus de 24h dans les aéroports. Finalement cette histoire m’aura coûté presque 50€ pour une navette finalement inexistante. Cette hôtel n’est pas safe. Et cerise sur le gâteau le petit déjeuner et tellement petit que ça en est pitoyable. J’espère que vous aimez l’eau tiède en guise de boisson chaude !

Great value and sooo close to the airport for transfer the next day. Free afternoon tea and surprise free taxi to airport. Nicely appointed.

Pool is a bit cold and in the shade a lot of the time.

Travelled with friends, breakfast was exceptional and consistent. The Wagyu restuarant had an amazing atmosphere and the best ribs ever. Rooms were clean and spacious. The location of this hotel is what added so much to our trip, close to lots of eateries, malls and easy access to transport.
