The hotel is beautiful, the staff can’t do enough for you. Clean! Restaurants with really good food, spa incredible service and skills.

The resort had several restaurants on either side that belonged to Bali Garden therefore ice was filtered and trustworthy. Staff were amazing! Facilities were amazing! Breakfast was amazing! Bed was very comfortable and the pillows were good. Spa was outstanding I had a 4hr treatment for the equivalent of $68 Australian money.. you could get a 19l water bubbler for the room which I highly recommend was only $4 Australian dollars from memory. Awesome shopping centre next door and live bands all around. Italian across the road was to die for! I loved my trip Thankyou Bali 😍🙏🏻🌈🩷

Clean, lovely staff, high quality food available for order at the restaurant
We booked this hotel for the beach access, as a private beach with umbrella was specified in the hotel description. We arrived to be very disappointed that there is no access to the hotel’s beach due to industrial work. Meaning we only had access to the public beach, which was incredibly filthy (plastic, rubbish, clothing) and it was filled with local men who made 2 young female travellers often feel very uncomfortable.
We raised this with hotel management who couldn’t have handled the situation better - they were very apologetic, gave us a free massage and agreed to cancel our stay free of charge. Unfortunately booking.com didn’t let us cancel as it was a non-refundable booking, but that was out of the hotels control.
We have raised that the blocked beach access was not communicated to travellers beforehand, had we know we wouldn’t have booked the hotel.
Other than the beach, it’s a lovely hotel, I’d recommend
