Food & Staff, excellent, Pool Area big let down never any pool lounges available, cabanas booked out 4-5 days in advance i only had a 4 night stay, i get it we are in peak times, hotel been around a long time but to also run out of Beach Towels

Amazing pools and activities. Kids loved it. We also enjoyed the centre stage performances and music at the pools. Great vibes all around. We did the photo shoot too and lived the photos.

The staff are so welcoming and warm, every single person greets you and it’s just so lovely. The pool area is insane, kids had an absolutely ball!
Loved the buffet breakfast too, that was so good and having Hard Rock Hotel there to dine at was also amazing.
Bit dated but did not affect our stay at all!

Location.
The rooms were very small and the price point not very good, the room I booked was deluxe double twins and what we got was a broken couch for a bed and roll out.
Spoke to hotel and was offered upgrade and double the price. Over priced for what else is available.
