Everything!!! What a place!!! A paradise in the heart of Kuta. We needed a place to crash after a long flight. The place, the room, the staff, the restaurant all exceptional!! Beautiful gardens and most important quiet.
Would highly recommend it!!!
Staying only for 1 night. Should have stayed more.

Friendly staff and good location
Pool was nice
Breakfast was reasonable
We booked a bungalow but when we arrived we were upstairs in the main building and no lift.
The shower was disgraceful for a 4-star hotel, and the room had a lot of mosquitoes
