Location realy good right in the center of Kuta. Alot of things in walking distance and friendly staff.
Everything was good except the towels smelled realy bad.

room was comfortable, value for money
hotel restaurant was nice & had very good food
staff were very pleasant in the restaurant & the hotel
location was excellent right in the centre of KUTA
with Main Street of shops a minutes walk away
bedroom was quiet no street noise
had a very good stay
we are mother & adult son
they provided twin beds as requested
excellent aircon
beautiful gardens & fish ponds with
3 beautiful red eared turtles was an added bonus
to the tranquility
we didn’t use the pool but it looked very clean &
inviting
we recommend & will stay again on as future trip
we booked an extra night though we weren’t
staying over , so we could still access the room until we left for the airport in the evening
they wanted us to wait until they checked the room before we left the premises , we were waiting in the reception for the grab car to pick us up
felt a bit like they were checking we hadn’t stolen something or damaged something
I’m not sure , then they walkie-talkied it’s fine
that never happened at any of the previous 3 hotels we had just stayed
anyway the staff were pleasant
we would consider staying again
on a future trip

room nice looking garden , amazing friendly helpful staff
maintenance needed and deep clean. bed not so comfy and bedding and towels need a make over.
