breakfast was great room lean location great have been stay here for years
the food on the lunch/dinner menu was not great no verity and not cook well sometimes cooled by time came to table

The staff were so friendly and very helpful when we needed assistance. The room was great. The breakfast was excellent but it would have been good to know we could order coffee.
The pool bar nearest the lobby needs an overhaul. The staff were too busy talking to each or with their backs to the guests. The Bintang was warm and there was no specific wines available most of the time. The Chardany was disgustingly. It tasted like vinegar which was disappointing.
