The location was excellent - close to the airport and close to the beach. The hotel was spacious and had great facilities. The staff were fantastic and keen to help.
Although the facilities were grande, it was spoiled a bit by little things. The sliding doors in the room no longer worked, some tap tops were missing - a rubber stopper in the shower was perished and the shower had a leak which sprayed water on the ceiling light. Nothing major but suggested that there was poor follow up or quality checking.

A perfect oasis in the centre of Kuta, beautiful grounds and gardens surrounding the outdoor pool. We booked a suite and had a double balcony which included a comfy sofa, kitchen area and two bathrooms, it was so clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and so very nice, we used most of the facilities including the gym, laundry room (this was our second location in Asia so it was great to have this) and breakfast was in the main restaurant which again was stunning.
A few sun lounger blockers, I thought it was the just the Europeans that did that! To be fair by late morning beds were available and we never had a issue getting a few in the sun.

The location was fabulous right in the middle of shopping area and a few hundred metres from the beach. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have had in Bali. Staff are extremely attentive.
We dined at AlDente Italian attached to the resort . The food and vibe was amazing.
Bathroom was tiny. The noise from the street was quite noticeable at night

Location was great - very accessible to shops, markets, beach and other attractions. The only downside was that it made the rooms quite noisy due to traffic, whistles, screaming and shouting from partying tourists, etc.
The staff were very friendly and did their best to put things right (i.e. with the poor service and food in the restaurants).
I wouldn't describe this hotel as a 5 star resort. The hotel room was noisy - there was construction going on above our room and lots of noise from outside (traffic, shouting, whistles, etc). We tried two of the restaurants during our stay (Gabeh and Al Dente) - they were both awful. The food was not good at all and at both restaurants, we waited well over an hour for our food to arrive. My daughter waited 2 hours for her dinner (a ham & cheese toasted sandwich), which eventually arrived about 30 mins after everyone else on our table got their meals. The sandwich was not as described in the menu (diff ingredients) and was not edible. We did not pay for this item.
Our room was quite run down - the shower dripped all night, some of the electrics were loose and hanging out the wall - we couldn't turn one of the lamps off - not good.
