The room was tidy, with an adequate breakfast, it was very simple to check in and out and there was a tram stop for tram number 3 just about 12 minutes walk from the property so getting to and from sightseeing points was quite simple.
We had a lovely stay and have no complaints.

Beds were comfortable, clean room and we had the option to leave our luggage which was very helpful after checking out.
The AC wasn’t great, did cool down the room in the hot Italian summer.

Nice, the location is very in the up hill with 12-15 mins walk trough upper on the road. I d suggest you to book somewhere near to metro.
