Amazing place, staff & location.

The location was amazing, right next to the lake and close to shops, restaurants and bars. The staff were a delight, lots of young people wanting to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. They loved our dog and made us all feel very welcome. The food and drink were also very good. Plus, we liked the room. Please thank the staff for us. Best wishes from Jo, Rob & Murphy 🐕

The location is fantastic, the room comfortable

For such a beautiful hotel, the breakfast is very basic. In Italy I think you should have a proper espresso or cappuccino for breakfast. Served at your table.Fresh bread and good croissants are important. In Lazise less expensive hotels are much more classy for their service.

Great location but wouldn’t return for the venue

The location is amazing, right in the middle of town. Surrounded by great eateries and close to the ferry. The pool area is great during a hot day to cool off, albeit the pool is freezing regardless of the weather! Breakfast looked average but was quite tasty.

We were placed in room 17, not in the main hotel and accessed externally via an alley. My family and I are covered in bites - mosquitos or bed bugs? Not sure! The room had barely any windows and didn’t see daylight. The hotel reception is accessed via the restaurant however not accompanied? We waited 15 minutes for someone to actually come and assist to check in. We found our experience to getting service very poor throughout our time there except for in the Trattoria restaurant.

Good enough experience at a great location

Excellent location, right in the middle of the down and a great restaurant as part of the hotel.

I am quite fit so no issues personally but there were no help toward carrying bags noting there are of course no lifts etc. Also I wouldn’t say the room was super clean but still at good enough condition. To be fair maybe it was a tourist seasons and they seemed to be short staffed

Absolutely perfect, room is nice, pool is so beautiful an open also at night. Exactly in city centre. Awesome view from terrace. Tasty breakfast.

Very nice hotel, very good restaurant and pleasant staff with one exception.

Location is perfect, close to restuarants and bars and directly on the lake. Room was very clean and adequate for my stay

I was disappointed at the attitude of the main reception, a week previously I had to chamnge my travel plans and requested to change my booking from two nights to one night. At first this was refused by email, but I then asked directly at the hotel and although they finally agreed to my request and only charge me for 1 night, I felt the attitude of reception was very unagreeable, I believe it could have been the owner running reception.

Disappointing

A room was entirely in dark, there was not enough light, thus we need to use our phones' light; none has guided us it is an easier way to get to the hotel from outside, not to crossed a restaurant all the time, which we discovered in the morning the next day; the check out was a disaster due to lack of internet access by a reception desk despite the full payment was done in advance

A beautiful town, great place to visit for a day or two.

The hotel is sited on the shore side of Lake Garda. The restaurant view over the lake is astonishing - a great place to have dinner and at the same time be able to watch the sunset.

The room was spacious, shower water pressure was good and bed was very comfortable.

The property was very well located, clean and spacious and the restaurant terrace has a beautiful view over the lake. With indoor and outdoor dining, it's a great place to spend an evening. Food at the restaurant is ok, not brilliant but quite good. The breakfast was also good, continental buffet.

There is no elevator so you must carry your own luggage up and down the stairs since there is nobody to help you, perhaps because I went on low season, but to be honest, low or high it shouldn't matter.

Wonderful place and beautiful views!

It was a beautiful building in the center of this beautiful town right on the lake. The position location and the building itself are unmatched.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was in the middle of the room instead of in the bathroom.

Perfect. Swimming in lake both mornings. Breakfast overlooking lake. Best way to start the day.

It is an old worldy hotel with all the mod cons...the hotel is right on the lake...it simply couldn't be closer...and the restaurant has perfect uninterrupted views. We had a difficult personal issue to grapple with whilst we were there...the hotel staff showed phenomenal understanding and empathy which we were humbled by and really appreciated.

that we only had 2 days there we could have spent a week or more!

Loved that the AC worked great, great location, very clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good.

The only complaint that I have is the staff smoking right at the entrance in front of our room and as you went into the building. It's ok, it wouldn't stop us from not staying here again.
