Lazise piccola perla, sicuramente non sceglierei più questa struttura per il soggiorno

Sicuramente una struttura bella esteticamente, camera spaziosa, bella piscina, buon ristorante

La camera pur essendo spaziosa non è curata nei dettagli e alcuni arredi sono addirittura vecchi e usurati (ad esempio il salottino in terrazzo); anche il personale poco attento, hanno rimosso gli accappatoi per poi non rimetterli nuovi e abbiamo dovuto chiederli espressamente. Un vetro ingranditore nel bagno si è rotto e non ce l’hanno sostituito. Alcune copri prese elettriche erano mal posizionate. Per il costo a camera direi che c’è un pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se pago una certa cifra mi aspetto anche una struttura e un personale adeguato.

Es war eine traumhaft schöne Woche im Hotel und in der Umgebung!

Es war wunderbar! Wir waren echt überrascht! Die Zimmer top/sauber! Mir tut es immer leid, es muss nicht sein, dass man jeden Tag neue Handtücher bekommt! Zu Hause werden sie auch paar Tage benutzt! Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut! Es wurde immer nachgelegt, falls irgendwo etwas fehlte! Trotz der Lage gleich an der Straße, es war kein Lärm. oder dass irgend etwas störte! Der Parkplatz war groß und das Hotel lag dadurch etwas rückwärtig! Sehr gute Lage! Das Hotel ist so schön angelegt, der Pool, die Palmen, die Koi-Teiche! Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich! Man kann sich nur nochmal ganz herzlich bei allen bedanken und vielleicht auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen! Sigrun und Wolfgang Striegler. Sonntag, 18. 02.2024 bis Sonntag, 25.02.2024

ruhige Zimmer weit weg von der Hauptstrasse, kostenloses Parken, gutes Internet, großer TV, Sauna, toller Service, super Restaurant

Exceptional stay!

Thanks to wonderful staff our needs for quite room was fulfilled! We even got room upgrade and the room was gorgeous! We ate at the restaurant, everything was delicious. Otherwise great stay,very nice locations and beautiful garden. Best wishes from🇱🇻

Very bad room, I wouldn’t recommend if this aspect is important for you

- the restaurant was very nice, the food very tasty - the breakfast was very good, we had plenty of choices - it was very quiet but we weren’t in the peaky season

- the room. First of all, we got the room from the corner, which had a very tiny window. We had almost no natural light in the room…I was’t expected to get an upgraded room, but since we were with a baby and stayed there 3 nights…I was expecting at least a normal room not the worst….😕😕😕 - there isn’t any hall, so you are getting inside the room directly from outside. (a minus if it’s raining). On the floor there isn’t any carpet it’s just cement. Since the bed’s foots are from metal, imagine how it sounds every time when you are moving in bed…it was a disaster!! i couldn’t sleep well at all… - In the room on the wall there is a big green light for exit which shines brightly in the night directly in your eyes 😳😳 - in our room there was an extra door (locked) which I assume that leads to the neighbors but because of it, we could hear their bed, too… - in the shower area there is any light, it’s pretty dark in the evening

Great settings but only fair in many other aspects

The settings, the decor of the restaurant and its food.

The room was noisy as directly on a street which was particularly noisy early in the morning. The room's decor was just fair. The breakfast was fair although with no much choice (many different cakes but with limited other options) and the bar's cappuccino was not included in the breakfast. The personnel was overall nice except the receptionist whose customer orientation can be improved.

The hotel was amazing! Really nice breakfast with the best pancakes I've ever had in a hotel. The whole area was great and the pool was amazing. We will definitely come back!

Well worth the money but staying there again will have it’s challenges if things are not repaired and fixed.

Very unique hotel. Love the interior design and layout; Breakfasts were great; easy walk to downtown for world class Italian shopping.

Very bad Wi-Fi internet. Zero connection from our room. Had to sit at the front desk to make Wi-Fi calls and FaceTime; No bathroom exhaust fan, had to open ground floor bathroom window, and welcomed in hundreds of little flies; Bathroom smelt like bad plumbing fumes; Universal power plug would only fit in a few power outlets, the one over the nightstand requires a specific Italian power plug; The large Pool had a lot of algae in the cracks and crevices and not well maintained; Outdoor chairs and tables are well weathered, cracked and rusted, place looks like it’s been run down through a tough and very busy summer season.

Wonderful. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us 😊

The surrounding were beautiful. lots of different places to sit with various views, including that of the lake. Very clean and great air con. Fantastic pool that wasn’t overly busy or full of children.

Would be nice to have the takeaway food from the restaurant on plates rather than in boxes or containers as we liked to eat in the garden.

lovely place

a beautiful place. the surroundings are amazing from you walk through the door. lovely room, and great air conditioning.

the staff were not very welcoming, especially in the evenings when the restaurant was busy they did not want to help you. definitely understaffed. the restaurant and hotel should be seperated in my opinion, the same desk is used for hotel and restaurant, very inconvenient. for the price you pay, you think you would be getting great service throughout your stay.

Lazise

The breakfast was good. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the garden was very nice.

The air condition didn't work perfectly. We got a room in the attic, where it was 30 degree Celsius when we arrived. After operating the air condition at maximum performance for a day it went down to 29 C. We could hardly sleep in the night.

HUGE room. HUGE shower. Interesting mix of old and new (not necessarily beautiful). Great location, nice restaurant, good breakfast, very nice pond and playground.

We stayed only one night so we were fine with the hotel. I probably wouldn't enjoy staying too long, the room was very big but not really comfortable. There were frogs in the pool, laying eggs. It wasn't really inviting...

Just beautiful! Normally in Garda we look for somewhere with a lake view, though I was extremely happy with the very beautiful outdoor areas in the hotel! Super friendly staff, clean and excellent restaurant (quality and value!).

Room for improvement, would they care

Nice rooms and outdoor seating, small but nice swimming pool. Interior and landscape design is pleasant and modern. We did like it very much. Nice ponds with fish, lights in trees, open roof etc. Very nice!

Restaurant is separate, so there is A LOT of traffic with „outside“ guests. Most of them respect reserved area for hotel guests, some don’t. Especially during COVID times you would expect that at least the staff is following the rules, and would remind guests to follow them as well… but our impression is that no one believes here in the danger of spreading COVID… I would have expected more variety for breakfast. Scrambled eggs and bacon were often cold served… Vegans have no chance, there are NO dairy alternatives at all. Staff did forget how many guests are at table so we had to get our knives, spoons and forks or paper towels ourselves. Often they forgot to put silverware even for the buffet, so people started grabbing their food by hand… Food from restaurant is in my opinion too expensive regarding the quality, taste was OK. Service was slow and always hasting through area. We had to wait very long until we could order, had to remind the staff and they did not bring all antipasti or dolci at the same time… for that price not really acceptable - so we have no tips. One remark regarding reservation: we did reserve a table and we’re stuck in traffic Jam, so they did not wait even 15min. and we had to wait for like 30min. to get a new table. As er once were on time, we still had to wait for 10mins to get our table!
