The pool area is lovely and the kids spent hours in the pool. The restaurant in the evening was superb, great food, great atmosphere, we loved our evening meal!
Our room was on the top floor with only one small air conditioner unit, the room was so hot that we had to request a couple of fans to be sent up. Another air con unit is needed in our particular room.
The breakfast was quite disappointing especially given how great the evening meal was. Not enough choice of hot food or any options to order from the kitchen.
Some parts of the hotel need some small maintenance work, the conservatory was leaking following the heavy rain, the staff did all they could but it wasn’t ideal having buckets placed all around the floor area.
I’d pay special thanks to Lorenzo who made our stay great, really warm and helpful.
All in all a stay of contrasts, parts are amazing and parts need some work.

Nice pool area, not too busy. Good food in the restaurant for dinner.
•Poor customer service- we were treated as an inconvenience to the staff.
•We had 4 adults staying in one suite and they would give us one toilet roll per day, we had to ask 5 times for more.
•You can’t get any food or drinks from the bar between 14:30-18:00, not even water/ coke etc as the staff are all sat in the restaurant eating themselves.
•There was only air con in one of the bedrooms of our 2 bed apartment. We were provided with fans when we asked but there was not enough plug sockets int the room to facilitate. Plug sockets hanging off the wall too in the rooms.
•Pool area is not maintained or kept clean- there would be takeaway plates/ glasses etc from the previous day still there the next morning.
•Staff speak very bad english or none at all which made it difficult to communicate.
