Amazing location, dog friendly, in the middle of town. Lovely pool.
Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Great location in the middle of Tamarindo, 100m from the beach and close to the dive/snorkel activity operators. Beds were excellent and everything worked well, including wifi. The hotel pool was great for the kids - we were lucky to have howler monkeys playing the tree near the pool while our kids were swimming in it. The service is somewhat basic - just a simple check in and cleaning, but since we were embedded in the town with lots of great food and snack options nearby this didn't matter at all for us. Parking was simple to organise. I think this place is an excellent, well priced option for visiting Tamarindo.
We eg. couldn't find the staff at the front desk when we left. But I don't think this really affected out stay.

Great location, friendly staff. Our stay was quiet but we stayed from Mon to Wed. I can see how it would get loud on the weekend. Pool area was nice with a barbeque. Room had a fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable.
Parking is very limited. Be sure to request and reserve parking if you are driving

Room was spacious and enough with nice balcony. The pool and the outdoor covered area is great considering the price paid.
Unfortunately as other people have pointed out tamarindo is a loud city for young people that like party. The hotel is on a busy street and the door/wall/windows make you hear everything that goes on in the city. If you are young and like party should be ok
