Fully equipped apartment in the citycenter!

This apartment is located on the old square. It's just across the astronomical clock. I liked that it's supercentral. The apartment also has everything you need. I stayed there with my mum and there is two separate bedrooms in this one apartment. Tomas, the host, came by with the keys and was very friendly.

This is not a dislike from me at all, cause I love to hear the vibe in the city, but some other people might not like it. Since it's location is so central and with tons of people outside at all times it can get a little noisy.

All in all: a gem that would shine even more brightly if given a bit of love 😍

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. 1. The location of the apartment is perfect - right opposite the astronomical clock. 2. The view from the window is wonderful. We spent several mornings and evenings enjoying the view of the people in the plaza gathered to see the hourly show of the astronomical clock. Loved it! 3. The apartment is spacious with several rooms. Enough to house a large family - 7/8 people and even more if the living room couch were to be used as a bed. 4. The windows are old (antique) and in good working order. 5. It is in the heart of the city surrounded by restaurants. 6. All places of touristic interest are easily reachable on foot. 7. The hosts - Ondrej and Tomas are extremely helpful and responsive. It was easy to get in touch with them. Any missing items were promptly provided along with tips for going out / restaurants etc.

1. The apartment was not decorated at all. No paintings or posters or any other kind of items that would add aesthetic value. 2. Some of the basic amenities were missing - dishwasher tabs, washing machine liquid / soap, baking paper, coffee filters. These were supplied by the host promptly upon request. 3. There was no AC in the apartment. With 32 degrees Celsius temperatures, this is almost a must. 4. There were 2 fans, one of them was broken and could not stand upright. 5. The water from the shower leaks into the bathroom wetting the floor. 6. The shower head leaks water. 7. Missing kitchen towels or gloves making it hard to lift hot pots. 8. Two out of the 4 stove burners were not working.

Great location

Great location. Spacious and clean apartment. Responsive hosts. They organized a transfer for us from the Prague train station.

There is no elevator, which we were informed about. The host helped us with our luggage.

Location was very good but also has the impact of evening revellers noise throughout the night. Apartment heating system was efficient and the apartment is spacious. Host answered messages timeously and was a very cheery individual.

Internet connection very poor for the TV. Flooring and furniture very tired/worn looking. No where to store cases if being asked to check out at 10.30am. Not the cleanest or most aesthetically pleasing apartment i have been in.

The location is great, owner was nice as well. apartment 2 is fairly spacious.

The central heating wasn’t always working, it was cold and uncomfortable to sleep. Some places weren’t clean, such as hair on sheets. Impossible to attach the shower head to the wall, and there was no shampoo at all. The dryer didn’t have any attachments on it. 6th floor with no lift.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable apartment.

4 rooms with double beds. Spacious living room. Perfect location. Quiet. Host arranged transport to and from airport which was so handy.

There wasn't towels or hand-wash in the bathroom. Could have supplied a few more towels and blankets.

Would absolutely stay here on our next visit to Prague!

Excellent location, wonderful host, large spacious apartment. Windows block out most of the sound. Slept well!

Need more towels for a week stay, would have preferred the shower head to have been attached to the wall (although this is typical for Prague) Lots and lots of stairs, which we navigated well but would not be good for a disabled or elderly person.

Location, location, location!

Best location in the city, right in the middle of the Old Town Square with an amazing view of the clock! Not what I would call luxury but it's clean & spacious with all basic facilities. The 4th bedroom is a little hidden cubby hole which my 16 year old son lived sleeping in! Tomas was very friendly and helpful & arranged our airport transfers for 31.79 EUR (750 CZK).

I gave this apartment 9 out of 10 instead of 10 out of 10 for two reasons. Firstly, if you're in apartment 2 or 3 they are right on the very top floor, 6 floors up & almost 100 steps! We were aware there was no lift but didn't realise just how high up it would be & this was a challenge even for 4 relatively young, fit & healthy people so definitely wouldn't be suitable for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. It also meant we didn't feel we could just 'pop back' during the day so we tried to only have to do it once or twice a day. Secondly, the shower is a nightmare! Due to it being positioned on the side wall, it's almost impossible to position it so you don't flood the bathroom unless you take it off the wall & use it handheld. Also impossible to get it to a stable temperature & with 3 adults & one teenager wanting to shower every day it caused a great deal of inconvenience. Also be aware that unlike a hotel, they may not have the facility to store your luggage on your departure date if you have a later flight. Our transfer was at 3pm but they could only store our luggage in another apartment until 1pm so we ended up paying to use a storage facility in the train station.

I would go back in a heart beat!!!

I was able to speak with the manager easily. When I saw that we were on the 2nd floor, I was afraid we might not have the view on the clock but he reassured me and we had a great view. Very little noise at night thank to the 2 windows system. Beautiful apartment, only be aware there are no elevators. Perfect central spot. We were family of 4 and a kid. We had also received good information on the parking conditions... As you can't drive to the apartment you come to a street nearby.. It is a bit of an organization if you have kid and suitcases but nothing dramatic because we were told how to get organized and find the public parking (around 25 per day, be sure to consider that for your budget) I would have stayed longer in the beautiful and very convenient apartment! And I love Prague!!

The size of the Apartment and the fantastic location.

Very large apartment in absolutely best location with a great view on the old town square. You could certainly charge a lot more rent if it was clean, the walls were painted and the kitchen furniture repaired. The kitchen, especially the oven and the refrigerator were very dirty and in the refrigerator there was a glass with mouldy food leftovers. The man who handed over the keys at least tried to clean it. The kitchen furniture soon fell apart. On the phone the host claimed it was cleaned... In the end, he apologized
