About this condo rental
Located in Prague, this lovely condo for $269 per night is a great choice for your next break. Luxury living in the heart of Old Town next to the Old Town Hall and Astronomical Clock (see the front door view photo). Completely renovated, fully equipped apartment on the 3rd (top) floor of the historical building 'Melantrichova 20'. Seven large windows brighten the space with sun. Spacious living room with a kitchen unit, large master bedroom, guest bedroom, each with king size bed and two luxurious bathrooms can accommodate up to six adults. All the amenities for even the most demanding guests, including FREE wireless internet, heated towel bars etc. Enjoy enchanting views on the red roofs and archways, Tyn Cathedral towers, check your time with the Old Town Hall clock from the apartment door. The apartment is in the heart of action, yet very quiet, with great number of restaurants, boutiques and shops in the immediate vicinity; 5 min. to the Charles Bridge, 3 min. to Wenceslas Square and subway station, 5 min to Old-New Synagogue and Old Jewish Cemetery; within minutes (walk) of all the major theaters, concert halls, museums and variety of entertainment. The fashionable Parizska Street with luxury brand name stores is just across the Old Town square, 2 min. away. Well equipped gym and swimming pool are at the nearby Hotel Intercontinental (5 min). The largest downtown shopping mall Palladium with cinemas is 5 minutes walk, the market on Havelska Street 2 minutes. STARBUCKS is downstairs. Please note that there is no elevator, but it is a small price to pay for this exceptional location! You are literally next to the Astronomical Clock, Old Town Hall and Old Town Square! The apartment is always undergoing a special cleaning procedure to sanitize everything in between the guests. You will have our cell phone number, should you need anything during your stay. We will be happy to help 24/7. We will also be happy to organize airport/train station transfer at arrival and departure. Truly the best location! You will want to keep coming back! Doesn't get much better than this VRBO. Clearly a well loved unit, immaculately kept and cared for. Comfortably furnished. Clothes washer and separate dryer a huge plus. Quiet location - once you close the outer door to the street you would never know you are literally steps away from the famous Astronomical Clock! Prague is amazing and this unit shows why. Many thanks to the hosts who were so welcoming. (One note, not a criticism: there is no lift/elevator, which is the norm for old buildings. This unit is on the 3rd floor so make sure you can get your own bags up the steps. Those with mobility issues may have difficulty).

This apartment was even better than anticipated. It literally is steps from the Astronomical clock and less than a 30 min walk to SO many attractions. We loved our time in Prague and were so comfortable in the apartment. We took advantage of Dana setting up transportation to/from the airport and it was seemless. Petr was punctual, friendly and even pointed out sites along the way. We didn't need anything during our stay, but Dana checked in after a ew days just to make sure all was good. We are grateful for the perfect location of this apartment and that everything described on the VRBO app was accurate. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Prague.

This was our first time visiting prague. I can't say enough about how wonderful this apartment and everyone we communicated with was during our stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. It's set up with bedrooms and baths on opposite sides of the livingroom/ kitchen with doors that give you privacy when you need it. The communication with the hosts was the best! We had no problem at all with the stairs up to the apartment. It is on the third floor. The view and location was so worth the stairs. We will definitely stay here again and recommend staying here to anyone coming to prague in the future.

Yes this is a beautiful apartment in the heart of Prague, but the accommodation and flexibility of the staff is what I’ll remember most. We arrived early and the team worked overtime to have the place ready for us. We were tired from 8+ days of travel and for them to have the place ready for us meant the world - thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in the centre of Prague. Accommodation was very spacious and clean. The views are amazing and there is a balcony outside the front door where you can see the astronomical clock. There are 3 flights of stairs with no lift but this wasn’t a problem to us.

This apartment was very conveniently located. The view from the master bedroom was amazing. As other reviews have mentioned there are a serious set up steps to get to the apartment and no elevator. We had Petr pick us up at the train station which was very convenient.
The only cons were that there is a bar located below the master bedroom and on a few nights it was a little noisy down below. On our second morning as we were leaving to go out on a tour the door key broke off in the lock. We were able to get the broken off key out of the lock but I was charged about $10 to get the key replaced which didn’t seem fair to me since it wasn’t our fault the key broke. There was a dead mouse in the hallway going up the stairs to the apartment that stayed there throughout our visit even after I mentioned it to the owner.
But other than the few small things this apartment was great. It was steps from the main plaza. We were able to walk everywhere from our place. I would definitely recommend it.

This apartment is as advertised on the listing and more! The apartment itself is clean, very comfortable, and has everything you would need. I’m not sure the location could get any better! It is centrally located and within walking distance of all the sights you will want to see. Communication with the apartment manager and driver before and during our stay was very easy. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Prague!

We had such a great time at this apartment. Everything was as pictured. The location was fantastic - we could walk everywhere! The manager kept in touch with us, arranged a ride from the airport and to the train station. Check in and out was easy. They went out of their way to help. When our flight got changed to a day early, they still picked us up at the airport and drove us to our old town hotel. The recommendations for food were excellent. A five star review!!

Our stay in Prague was wonderful! Monkia, Dana and Petr were fantastic with last minute requests and arranging transportation to/from the airport. The flat was just as described and perfectly appointed. We were even able to host a Thanksgiving meal for my daughter and her flatmates studying abroad! The location was amazing and close to Xmas markets and so many wonderful attractions. This visit made us fall in love with Prague. When we come back, we will want to stay here!!

3 night stay. Check-in was good, location great. Then we had some issues...TV not working. Tried to contact local property managers, and NO RESPONSE. Made multiple pleas for assistance...CRICKETS. They only responded when we left and told them where we placed the keys. Aside from the poor service, the living space and location was excellent. Property Owner: get new local property managers that are attentive to renters needs and concerns.

Great accommodations in a wonderful location. Property was clean and spacious and right in the center of Old Town. The two en suite bedrooms were perfect for two couples, and the common living, dining, kitchen area was a comfortable place to gather. It's on the third floor with no elevator, but Petr (our driver) helped us with our bags. If you have trouble with steps, I wouldn't recommend, but otherwise, go for it!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Prague, mostly due to our incredible location and the beautiful accommodations near Old Town Square. The apartment was spacious and clean, nicely appointed, and perfect for our needs. We felt safe and secure and very comfortable -- right at home!
We greatly appreciated the exceptional communication we had with the apartment owner, Dana, in the year leading up to our visit. He worked with us to lengthen our stay, introduce us to Monika (our check-in contact), and to follow-up regarding feedback. Monika, in turn, arranged a car for us with Petr from the train station.
We couldn't have been happier to meet Petr, who graciously picked us up, pointing out some of the sights in Prague along the way. Then, to our delight, he showed us everything that we needed to know about the apartment to make our stay enjoyable. The added bonus was the opportunity to arrange transport to the airport with him, making the rest of our time worry-free. Both Monika and Petr were great communicators -- very responsive and kind.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this beautiful apartment again and definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Prague. The entire experience was a joy!

The apartment was perfect. We had everything we needed and the location was amazing. There was plenty of room, it was very clean and well appointed. Having Petr pick us up from the airport was ideal since I'm sure we would not have found the place without him! He also helped to carry our suitcase up the 72 stairs. I recommend staying here.
