The location was great, the building could be a great hostel. The cleaning in the rooms is of a high standard and cleaning staff are very helpful.
The virtual receptionist was nice as they are I didn't like the impersonal nature of remote receptionist as they are just a screen. I also found the big brother nature of her talking through cameras in the kitchen if she was unhappy about something unsettling. Also safety concern as no staff on site if fire evacuation or safety issues. The hostel kitchen facilities are really not great there's like three forks between whole hostel. Kitchens are clean enough but really need money spending on them and new sets of cutlery and mugs brought.
