Good location near park and food stores. Private parking. Good value in Borjomi.
Parking was packed when we left.
Use Tabidze St. uphill from the main road and turn right on Pirosmani St to get to the place by car. Google maps does not know that a part of Pirosmani St is stairs!

Чистый, аккуратный ремонт без дизайнерских изысков. Грими пытался с нами отметить приезд, но не получилось состыковаться по времени, так что нам дали вино в дорогу. Грими спасибо, проводил нас, показал автобусную остановку. Розочки во дворе, винный погреб.

Grimi welcomed us with wine and chacha, then gave us a bottle of wine. Shortly after, I realized that I had a low tire. Grimi and I checked tire pressure, found the low one, then he guided me to a repair shop. Flatly refused to take any extra money for helping me. So kind!
Room was large and spotlessly clean. Yard is full of grape vines and flowers and has a sitting area.
Place is difficult to find, but that's not their fault, so I'm not taking "stars" off for that!
