The host was very welcoming and cooperative, even sharing homemade honey with us. The property is spacious, well-located, and fully equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking as well as washing machines, and parking.
The house had three bedrooms upstairs but only one bathroom and toilet downstairs, which was inconvenient—especially at night and with five people waiting for turns in the morning. There was no air conditioning, so it stayed warm until midnight even with windows open, which also let in constant street noise and barking dogs. The mattress was uncomfortable which affected our sleep quality.

Wonderful stay at Nino's guesthouse.
We slept at the second floor small apartment which was wonderful.
There are 2 small grocery stores right next to the house.
Nino welcomed us with wonderful home wine and our stay was super enjoyable.

Amazing place to stay very close walk to the center (10 mins approx) and across a bridge just enough to be out of the hustle and bustle of the centre. the house has been furnished beautifully with Georgian antiques hung from the walls and ceilings and really has a luxurious feel despite it being really cheap!
The owner is lovely and also gave us a bottle of home made wine which was very nice.

it was big, clean and comfortable with a nice and quiet location not so far from the center
Nino and her husband were so friendly and helpful
