Good value property

it was in quiet place not to far to walk to the seafront. Also not to far from local supermarket and a good diner up the road.

The beds were uncomfortable, didn't sleep well at all the whole time I was there.

We were very frustrated with the facilities.

The quiet location and the layout of the complex were good.

The apartment was in need of deep cleaning, and most of the kitchen cutlery was caked with dried-on food including the glasses, and pans. the oven, the dish drainer. We had to ask for towels as the ones there were threadbare. The tv was a joke and the internet was so bad that it was impossible to watch a complete program as it would turn itself off without warning. The plugs and wiring that led to the tv were a tangled mess. the iron did not work, but we were given one that did. The sofas were so uncomfortable to sit on and one was so torn in places and covered over with throwes.

Superb

Great apartment that had everything we needed for our stay which meant we could eat in or go out. Great recommendations from the caretaker on places to eat and how to get around. Local farmshop and bar/restaurant 5 mins walk where food was fantastic. Only a short walk to the seafront and down towards the harbour

I like that the apartment is big. The kitchen had everything to prepare meals. There is a vacuum cleaner, rags, and mops. Even an iron and ironing board. Instructions were well written on how to get there, where to get the key, and what shops are nearby. The location is excellent, the first few days were spent without a car and we got to the beach, to the mall. The owners of the apartment are responsive and helped with everything. The apartment has a lot of books and board games.

Lots of dust on the spinning lamps. Sheets are stained (not washed after washing). Duvet covers were smaller than duvets. The pillows are dirty.

Exceptional

Location was very good, parking place in the area was perfect. Pool was very nice.

During the night it was a bit cold, you could also hear cars from the road. And the rooms could be a bit celaner.

We love Cyprus pity about the apartment

Good location for Paphos Shops, restaurants ,harbour

Unfortunatly the weather was very cold and the apartment was not really suitable for cold weather, that was unfortunate ,Although I paid extra for change of bedding and towels each week as we were staying for 3 weeks the bedding /towels were threadbare ,stained and I ended up washing the replacements myself each week ,cleaning left alot to be desired. the apartment is being cared for by caretakers no the owner (who was very helpful when we had to change our dates )

Amazing family holliday

Amazing peaceful and quiet place near the city centre, good for family with 2 children. This place is also well accesible by the car. Apartment contains A/C, Fans in bedrooms, kitchen with accesories, bath, balcony and spacious living room. We will remember this accomodation for a next visit. Prepare to submit damage deposit 150€ cash.

Value for money flat but not professional service

The apartment was well cleaned and the host provided the necessities. The host was very friendly and always available to answer any queries we had.

One of the bedrooms had an aircondition unit that was not working, nevertheless there was a fan in the room that was working perfectly ans was more than enough. But, the host decided to arrange a replacement of the aircondition unit during our stay. He visited the flat with the repair guy every morning of our stay at 12:00 which madw our stay not pleasant. They replaced the unit on the 2nd monring, but left the room full of dust and messy. He opened and left all the windows open which resulted in all of the flat to get dusty. He did not even provide us with clean sheets for the bedroom.

Superb

The apartament has a very good location, close to the promenade. There is a nice swimming pool also available for guests.

The apartament could be a bit cleaner, we found some rubbish under the bed (probably after previous guests).
