The staff are amazing! Even though I have very limited Portuguese they have taken the time to help me. At breakfast Jo makes the best coffee. Vanessa and Nicole at reception always are kind and smiling. Joseph is always around to greet me and help with my luggage.
Recanto is the lovely owner. I have been able to store my bigger bag here while travelling. Hotel is in a safe area, close to the airport, museums and bus station. I stayed in Room 34 and loved the view at night.

Os funcionários foram super simpáticos e prestativos. O estacionamento possui manobrista, então embora seja bastante apertado, ele cuida da distribuição dos carros.
A estrutura do hotel é subsolo, portanto o sinal do celular é ruim, o sinal da wifi no quarto também não é bom o suficiente. O café da manhã é extremamente simples, as fotos do booking mostram bolos, mas nas 3 diárias que fiquei lá não tinha bolo. A janela do quarto não tem vista alguma, por ser subsolo, e logo que abrimos a janela já vimos um pedaço de barata. A parede do quarto que me hospedei é um azul escuro feio, dando um aspecto muito diferente do que nas fotos, onde a parede é branca.
