The staff is super friendly, it's a small hostel so it has a really welcoming and cozy athmosphere. One day it was one of the guest's birthday and the staff even bought a small cake for her, very lovely people :) They also gave information and suggestions of what to do in the area.
Everything was clean, there is a kitchen and a fridge you can use. They also have lockers in the room. AC was available for the night, not too cold.
On the first day I got a little scared because there are not many shops in the street, so it was pretty empty and I didn't feel save. I talked to the owner about it and she told me which way to use (the Gold museum is close by and they have security guards all day and night in front of the door) After always taking this way I felt save.

Location, cleanliness and customer service. So kind people, very helpful. It is one block away from the main area where restaurants and bars are… walking distance to the pier.

It is a small property with comfortable beds. Location is also good, close to the beach. Only issue might be that the beds are close and without partition and you may get disturbed by each other. Fortunately the day I was in hostel there was only 1 person. Attached bathroom was clean and the host Emanuel was very helpful with everything.
