Staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed to check-in earlier than expected.
The pool and the view from the top of the building were great. One parasol was broken and it was very hot at the top so we were unable to get some shade in the hottest hour.
Good location near bus stop and shops/restaurants.
Water refill station available.
The room looked like it was recently remodeled but the last touches were still missing. It felt like it was not fully finished.
The shower was leaking in one of the corners so it would flood the bathroom when showering.
There was a lot of dust under the beds. It felt that housekeeping was done quite late (around 4pm one of the days when we were in the room resting).
I spilled tea on my duvet and it wasn't changed at all during the stay. The stain was visible.
The breakfast lacked fresh fruit. I didn't try the eggs as they seemed overly cooked.
