The hotel is currently surrounded by construction, and I believe that under these conditions, the prices should be lower. It’s not that the noise is unbearable, but it does affect the overall experience and atmosphere.
That said, the hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. They follow a “go green” policy for cleaning, but if you request service, they are happy to accommodate.
The location is excellent—very convenient and well situated. The staff are also very kind, professional, and always ready to help.
The only downsides were the construction outside the hotel and a temporary issue with the elevator, which was out of service for a couple of hours so we had to go to the 8th floor by foot :)). However, the staff worked to fix it as quickly as possible. Everything else was very good.

It was clean
The noise was bad, no sound proofing. The balcony door was not easy to open, we asked staff for assistance however nothing was done. No ventilation in room. The fridge was on but not cold with condensation in it.
