Very nice apartment, liked the corner situation with pleasant views, bright and cheery, spacious except for the small bathroom ( couldn’t be smaller and still function ) , the kitchen is a bit ‘labyrinthian’ but had everything ( just not next to each other divided btwn 3 counters ), the bed is firm with polyester fiber pillows but comfortable enough, 3rd floor is high enough to glimpse the ocean / low enough to not get too winded walking up, front door a little tight to get thru with strong door closer

It was in a good location easy 10/15 minutes walk to Mercado/Timeout market and Cais do Sodre and other areas, lots of pretty narrow streets/lanes to explore. The studio was clean and homely, it had all of the amenities that you needed on hand. Teresa also asked us if we needed beach towels and responded quickly to any questions emailed to her. A lovely traditional building well maintained and even nicer to be greeted on arrival by Teresa.
The only thing that I didn't like was the studio was quite compact so there wasn't any space to put your suitcase or hang clothes. Also due to having only one window in the bedroom, the only natural light source so it was quite dark. Maybe not so great for a teenager. I didn't mind but if you have a heavy suitcase remember there aren't any lifts. Not much they can do about this but if your a light sleeper like me be prepared for some noise you are staying within a local community with families if your from a city you will be used to it as it's not excessive.

May I suggest providing tea bag’s and a coffee plunger with coffee.

We were in self drive so parking was a problem. Property is located at pedestrian walkways about 50-100 M from road.
