Lovely views of the lake. Pool is great. Good position for sightseeing different locations.
Could be cleaner. There was dirty utensils and silverware in the dishwasher on arrival. Some of the bedding (stored in the wardrobes) was not clean. There was also a chest of drawers missing in the wardrobes, meaning there was no storage for clothes. Overall the apartment looks a bit tired. This was our fourth stay. It needs a bit of a freshen up.

Es war leider nicht überall sauber, im Bad war der Spiegel voller Fingerabdrücke, der Zahnputzbecher mit Zahnpasta beschmiert, die Auflagen der Balkonmöbel sehr dreckig.

First visit to the area, and now I can't imagine staying anywhere else! Breakfasts on the beautiful balcony with panoramic lake views, plenty of room for our family of 3, a pool (!), easy check-in, and private garage parking...all located within walking distance of the lovely center of Argegno. It is a bit of a climb, but still a fun activity in itself for our 3-year old. The town is perfect -- not crowded, several great restaurants, a ferry stop, boat rentals, and even a gondola up the mountain (although it was closed during our stay). Would definitely stay again!
AC for summer stays would make it perfect, but we were easily able to use fans and keep some windows open to stay comfortable during our time in June. The apartment faces away from the afternoon sun, so it remains relatively cooler.

Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See ist atemberaubend schön. Die Lage ist gut, man braucht zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten in das kleine Dörfchen Argegno. Das Auto konnte in der Garage sicher abgestellt werden. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab keine Mückengitter an den Fenster, wodurch viele Mücken und andere Insekten in der Wohnung waren. Die Küchenausstattung sollte dringend erneuert werden, vieles davon war so verdreckt und beschädigt, dass es nicht benutzt werden konnte. Fernseher und Musikanlage funktionierten nicht. Die Polster auf den Balkonmöbeln waren sehr dreckig. Der Pool war trotz Reinigung dreckig. An den Wänden klebten tote Mücken. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt hier leider überhaupt nicht.
