The condo is approximately 863 sq ft with an over-sized en suite bathroom with garden tub and separate shower. The condo has fully equipped kitchen and stacked washer and dryer. There is a half bath accessible from main living area.
Palm Beach is a 5-story building located approximately 3.5 miles east of Hwy 59 in Orange Beach. Palm Beach has 2 outdoor pools (seasonally heated), free WiFi, small fitness area and bbq grilling area. Sleeps 4

We really liked this condo, much better than the high rises. The heated pool was great for May as the weather was a little cool. Parking was fine, although it was 50 for a parking pass which is too much. I counted on maybe 30. The unit itself was cute but I would have given this it 4.5 stars if able, because it’s in need of a few upgrades. The kitchen sink works but is rusted and needs to be replaced. The half bath has a seat with a lid that won’t stay up, so if you need to sit, the lid rests against your back. There were a few dishes that were not clean when put up from the last renters. Also, the balcony was nice but needs bar height chairs. When you sit on the low chairs you can’t see the view. I think we will stay here again, but likely at a different unit.

The location was great! The property overall;pool area etc… were very clean!But…our condo was clean, but had a very MUSTY/OLD smell!We had to leave the balcony sliding door open most of the day, so the smell wasn’t so strong.The bed was a little hard, but the condo was super quiet which was really nice.Nice big master bathroom!We did have to get ahold of the after hours contact person to get into our room because the condo codes are very time sensitive! Just keep that in mind. BEACH access was very close and clean.Great location to trails, restaurants and shopping.Parking was easy. Ron Jon right across the street!:) Overall a good vacation spot and I would return again.

The bed was like sleeping on a rock and the pillows were horrible as well. The actual condo was very nice and the pool and beach access was great.
