Great location central to Newtown and Enmore, near to lots of nice bars & restaurants. Staff were friendly and a small selection of snacks and beverages were supplied in the reception area.
I don’t think we realised just how small the studio would be, we got a corner location right near the busy roads so struggled to sleep comfortably and not much space to move around or place luggage

Very clean
Good location
Mattress uncomfortable…,probably needs turning over. Felt like there were quite a few single sleepers in the queen bed and the mattress sort of dipped down in that position.

Very cost effective. Train station really close. Little kitchenette is handy. Room is cleaned every day.
The room is more like an old government housing estate (room). For instance, cloth shower curtains and water runs behind the toilet. Kitchenette is 15 cm from the bed. The place needs a good clean in terms of the floors, lift, entrances. Aircraft noise is not terrible but present. Suburb is messy and a little rough. This is did not bother me too much as Sydney is very accessible but I would not recommend families stay here.
