This was a very nice hotel. I've never seen such comfort for 20 euros. Very nice and clean hotel in Kutaisi. Staff speaks English. 24 hour reception was very good. Close to Kutaisi airport. I will come back again 👍

It is a very clean and beautiful hotel in Kutaisi. If you are traveling via Kutaisi Airport, this is an ideal place to stay. The English-speaking staff helped me.
I didn't have a coffee maker in the room. It is only in the seating area.

Есть все необходимое для ночлега при пересадке, кроме тепла. Учитывайте время года при выборе этого отеля
Было очень холодно. При заселении включили обогреватель, но ложились спать в одежде в очень холодном помещении, спать было холодно и некомфортно. Приехали для ночлега на одну ночь, в итоге ночёвка была неудачной. Сложно оценивать плюсы отеля, когда есть такой существенный недостаток. Возможно, персонал мог бы прогревать комнаты до заселения, чтобы исправить ситуацию, а не экономить
