Excellent location, very convenient and close to everything. The apartment really felt like a home, which was especially nice for a family stay. It was comfortable, spacious, and having a bidet spray (شطاف) in the bathroom was a big plus for us.
- We faced an issue with one of the bathrooms drainage. It was fixed while we were out, but we weren’t informed, so we only found out at checkout. A little clearer communication would have helped.
- The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, and we found the mattresses a little less comfortable than expected.

Very disappointing stay, especially considering how expensive the accommodation was.
On arrival, we were required to provide a €300 security deposit, which was an unexpected additional requirement. We were also informed that we could be charged €700 if the fire alarm was triggered and the fire service attended, which made the whole experience feel unnecessarily stressful.
The standard of the accommodation and service did not justify the price at all. There was no soap provided in the bathroom, which is a very basic amenity. Even worse, one of the bathrooms had a blocked drain, causing water to overflow out of the bathroom and spill towards the bedroom. This should have been identified and fixed before guests were allowed to stay.
There was also no cleaning or housekeeping service during our stay. For accommodation at this price point, I would expect much better standards of cleanliness, maintenance and service.
Unfortunately, our interactions with the staff made matters worse. We found them rude and unhelpful rather than welcoming or interested in resolving the problems.
Overall, the accommodation was far too expensive for the level of service and facilities provided. Between the large deposit, the potential €700 fire-alarm charge, bathroom problems, missing basic toiletries, lack of cleaning and poor attitude from staff, the experience was extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend this property based on our experience.
