Exceptional

A superb location; a few steps from swimming and from wonderful fresh food. The apartment is really spacious and comfortable. Outside, there is a lovely shady patio to sit and relax and watch the water.

Our stay was perfect! The hosts are very welcoming and helpful, the location is perfect and the apartments are clean and well organized. A major plus was the delicious food which you can enjoy at the restaurant on the premises of the apartments. 10/10.

Great place, lovely hosts, memorable experience - we hope to be back again !

1. Private waterfront - the sea is 10 steps away ! It is unbeatable … 2. Untouristy and ‘authentic’ - homely place with very warm and hospitable hosts and their friends and other guests. Great ambience you will not find elsewhere! As Indians, we had a lovely up-close experience of Montenegrin culture and friendly people who made us feel welcome and at home. The hosts were really the nicest people ! 3. The apartment was good with two nice bedrooms, comfortable living room and a good kitchen. 4. The host also turned out to be an exceptional cook and on our last evening we had one of the best seafood meals ever - it was better than all the other fancier places we ate in and at a very reasonable price. Her homemade wine was superb too !!! So if you are there remember to ask and enjoy a meal (or several!) there Overall a memorable, fantastic experience !

1. Location - as it is off a narrow, busy and high speed road without walking or parking spaces. No groceries close by. You have to order a taxi each time you go out. Also you have to climb down steps , so travel light or with small bags. 2. The patio is shared though it looked exclusive to the apartment in the picture. But everyone was warm and friendly so we ended up actually loving it , it added to the experience …! 3. Bathroom - one small cramped and basic bathroom, and shower pressure could be better. But otherwise fully functional with running cold and hot water both …

very nice location, the hosts are extremely friendly. I’m very disappointed that our apartment was really bad.

location is very good

We have booked a one bedroom room, however we have been placed in studio. There is a strong smell of mold in the apartment and the sofa bed is not either wide or long enough for average adult person.

Nice view, nice building, a little bit far

Property on the beach. Polite owner. Clean and nice apartment. Nice garden furniture for staying outside.

A little bit too far from the actual town of Perast. It is difficult to walk on the side of the road.

The best place in Montenegro!

This is a place from fairytale, medicine for your mind and soul. Apartment was clean and comfortable and from our terrace we had a beautiful view on sea and mountains and below of us, we had a splendid private beach. Owners and other people who working there are very nice people. This is a very special place and we will back. Thank you!

Dissapointed; not clean apartment. Room for improvement.

The only thing good to highlight is the location

The apartment was not clean (hair, insects…), bulbs not working, dirty cooker … Booking said there was parking available but parking was just public parking in the street next to the main road (dangerous). The lady managing the place was not nice either, she didn’t care much about our stay, neither asked for our IDs! Sofa-bed now very comfortable.

Small fishing community 4 km from the centre of the Perast

Nice living room cozy, wonderful view. It is a small fishing community 4 km from the Perast. Very quiet friendly people.

The bathrooms are very old and tiny.

Beautiful retreat

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. The hosts were so gracious and friendly. We needed some down time after a wedding g weekend and this was the perfect place! Comfortable, bar and restaurant was amazing! I want to go back for a longer time!

Amazing experience

It was just amazing! We really enjoyed our apartment with great patio and nice table outside where we were able to eat breakfast every morning. The view is just gorgeous! And the host is super nice! I recomend to eat in nearest fish farm - around 1-2 minutes by walk.

The only challenge we had is parking - it was a liitle bit stressful as the apartment is next to busy road, but the host was very helpful to support us in this topic.

Perfect!

We had the perfect stay at Apartments Krivokapic. Our apartment was spacious and clean, but who‘s talking about the rooms, if you have the sea right in front of you: as a perfect place to relax for us and as a perfect playground for our Kids, who were right away adopted by the locals. And the food is fantastic, don‘t miss out on the fresh mussels. Nada and Duško are great hosts. Beautiful Perast is just around the corner. We stayed for six days. We wished we had stayed longer!

Very good

Wonderful host! Very friendly and helpful. No need to take even 4 steps to get to the water, very intimate surrounding. The view was breathtaking and the location is perfect for sightseeing tours with peaceful accommodation.

Very difficult to find the place (which is a standard for Balkan region) - GPS is a must :) Some noise from the main street.
