Cozy & beautifully furnished, new & spacious apartment, equipped with all amenities that you could imagine. From plenty of cooking appliances to washing machine (with washing detergent), and fresh towels. Well working air cons in bed room, and living room. We were even provided with a dispenser of fresh water, and drinks. There's a nice terrace with direct view to the water. Within 1 minute walk you can reach the main road with a small super market, the beach front, and couple of restaurants/bars. It takes approx. 20 minutes to reach Kotor by car. You can park your car directly at the apartment. Highly recommended if you want to stay in a quiet place without much noise/traffic.
The only thing I could recommend to improve is the communication with regards to payment expectations. In the booking details it was written that no pre-payment is needed, all is to be paid upon arrival. Shortly after my booking I was asked (via booking chat9 to pay 30% via bank transfer in order to secure my reservation. I was afraid of scam, thus reached out to booking.com & the host. We solved the topic with understanding for both parties. No pre-payment was needed.

The property has an amazing view of Kotor bay, in question are two apartments one on the ground floor and one on the upper one. We were on the upper level one and it was honestly perfect. The size is quite spacious with all the amenities and utensils needed to have a lovely holiday. The host was lovely and super kind open to help with anything needed. The apartment is located in a detached house in the hosts yard which means there is always parking available. At first we were skeptical to book because of the few reviews but I am glad we did. We had an amazing stay and everything was incredibly pleasant. If you are looking for a full size 1 bedroom apartment on a “budget” I would highly recommend it, although modest it was quite well decorated and new.

Het uitzicht was fantastisch. Het appartement was zeer compleet ingericht, zeer schoon, goede douche. Er ontbrak bijna niets in de keuken. Grote water dispenser.
Wij kregen niet het appartement dat wij geboekt hadden. Gebrek aan informatie. Er is niemand waar je iets aan kunt vragen. Na 2 dagen wisten we pas het goede paswoord voor de wifi. Bellen met de hosts leverde niets op, er werd niet meer opgenomen. Het appartement ligt in steile helling verscholen tussen allerlei bouwwerken. geen bewegwijzering of naam op de gevel.
