The location was a good, and we had cloth washer.

It was not clean at all, we had one A/C in the apartment not in the two rooms so it was very hot

The road to the apartment is very steep and narrow, it was so slippery when it was raining that it was not possible to climb with the car until the road dried up. When it is wet probably you will have to leave the car on the main street down the coast.

Very nice house with view on the lake and a good restaurant nearby. The hos was very nice.

The location from the old town is a bit far but thankfully there are enough taxis to easily move around.

Our host was very cool, he gave us lot of good information and plans! He is very welcoming and kind. The appartement has a great view and is very comfortable.

The place is great, very big, very nice view, extremely comfortable beds, lovely terrace The host left 2 bottles of wine for us, very nice gesture The location is in a quiet and nice are, but far away from Kotor city center (need a cab/car) The host did it's best to help us with all the information about places to visit, he arranged a boat trip for us, gave us discounts at nearby restaurants.

The villa is situated on the top of a hill with a very very steep incline. By foot it's a 5-6 minute climb on the road/by some stairs By car it's an adventure, because it is very steep and the road not so great. Be careful if you have a sport/lower vehicle or even a big car, as it is very narrow (not just the road to the villa, the entire road in that area). You spend some minutes during the day waiting for other cars to pass, so better leave the car at the villa once you go up. This should NOT be considered a negative review - I just wrote it so that people know.

Narrow road access, but okay

We were wellcomed with wine and fruits . The view from the balcony is breath taking. The apartment is nice and clean with a well equiped kitchen. At 150 m from the location you can find a restaurant with great food, market and bakery. On the waterfront are available sunbeds free of charge.

The access road is very narrow and steep.
