La proximité de centre ville, dans une rue bien calme! Petite surface très bien et joliment aménagé, avec tous ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Récupération des codes d'entrées dans le temps impartie.
C'est tellement bien agencé que j'ai eu l'impression d'être dans la salle de bain tout en étant dans le lit ou que les toilettes sont dans la chambre. Je ne crois pas que c'est peut être amélioré, vue l'espace. Peut-être mieux insonorisé? Et le prix plus en adéquation avec l'espace.

Locatie was prima: vlakbij het centrum en toch buiten de drukte. Verder zeer goede en duidelijke contact met de gastheer!
Kleiner dan verwacht: krappe kamer en badkamer, keuken niet echt geschikt om te koken. Prima om water te koken en koffie te zetten. Maar in Lille wil je uit eten gaan met al die leuke restaurantjes.

Quiet area, street and apartment, comfy bed, well functioning windows and curtains, towels, hot water, tvs, well equipped kitchen. Kind and helpful host.
A small shelf in the shower would be essential for shampoo and shower gel bottles - without that one can only place these on the floor.

property is very nice, 10min walk from Grand Place and from the train station.
the area where property is based is very residential and quite. it is also very close to the main park in Lille
property was filthy upon my arrival. cleaning was done in a very approximate way.
sent a message to the owner who provided assistance by sending a cleaner.
linen and towels were clean although the rest of the property was not
