Everything! The location was magical. The room/apartment was very spacious. Bathroom felt luxurious. Comfortable bed and linens. Breakfast was delicious as well as drinks and snacks in the cafe with extraordinary views. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The whole place is so impressive when considering the scale of the renovation etc. We stayed in a room with a large terrace which had beautiful views - I definitely think a terrace is worth the extra money.
Breakfast was excellent - high quality and plentiful.
Service at the restaurant was excellent. In fact all staff throughout the whole place were so professional and friendly. We also enjoyed interacting with the resident cats!
Our room was below the restaurant which meant an early wake up from kitchen preparation- a shame but didn’t impact us too much.
The food in the restaurant was fine but perhaps could be a bit hotter/flavourful.

The atmosphere is peaceful & friendly.
The 60€ for the Turkish bath for 1 hour was very expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed at & it’s a little dated.

Great staff, super breakfast, wonderful location and ambience. Evening concert was very special.
Only thing that could have been better was having some sort of bar snacks available - the restaurant was booked up on the day we arrived, and other food options at the hotel seemed non-existent. (It later seemed from the bar menu that bar snacks *were* available, but for some reason the front desk didn't mention these when we arrived. So we went and got food elsewhere). But a minor thing in an otherwise fabulous stay.
