Easy checkin and check out. Convenient location with all that we needed and Frank was very responsive to our questions. We’d definitely stay there again.

Checked in at 9pm and found a multitude of issues. Had a long day so stayed and checked out by 9am the next morning.
The faucet in the bathroom had dried soap on it, the bath enamel is flaking, the wood trim around the bottom of the bath is rotting and is pulling off and there is mold in behind the toilet.
All the woodwork is very dirty and needs a deep clean.
The bedroom had huge piles of dust under the bed, as well as some rubbish, the mattress and the pillows are stained/soiled.
The cooktop foils were dirty also.
i contacted the owner and after a couple of emails had the rest of our stay refunded.
Would be a nice place to stay if the unit was updated and deep cleaned. The location is amazing.

This property was very reasonable for the location, how ever there is multiple things that the owner should fix. The countertop is coming apart on the edges, The bathroom tub is chipped with paint coming off inside of the tub, shower curtain liner was very dirty, the vent in the bathroom has tons of dust buildup, the Bed was very soft but was sinking in the middle. There were no paper towels in the bathroom and we ran out in the kitchen shortly after arriving, there was no trash bags on the premises either and we had to pile the trash until departure day. I sent a message for towels and never received a response. Again very good location but Frank you should really fix these issues and make sure that supplies are available or either respond when they are not!

Pictures say it better- however I don’t see a place to share the pics- the NOISE level was horrible!! The smell of mold is horrible- and I would not recommend staying here!! The cost was way too much for what we had….disappointing! I would not brag to anyone about this place….

Was a good experience

I’ve stayed at the Jockey Club several times over the years, and always had a great experience. This was not one of those times.
The vertical blinds were missing half the slats.
The floor was sticky.
The hair dryer attached to the wall adjacent to the bathroom sink was hanging by one moly bolt and jabbed me in the chest when standing at the sink.
The bed sagged in the middle.
The unit is a dump. A Motel 6 room is a palace compared to this unit.
We spent one night, and then checked into a hotel.
The owner offered an unspecified discount, but refused to give us a refund on the remaining nights.

Great location, secluded from most of the strip.

Lots of space. Comfortable bed. Apartment needs updates and repairs.

This place is a real gem.
Yes, there are couple of rough edges. The blinds in the bedroom were broken, there is no view, the hob is a bit wonky, but honestly this really didn’t matter.
We stayed for 3 weeks and on week 2 we had already booked to stay again next year.
Things we loved about it:
The bed. I hate soft beds and was initially alarmed by how squashy this was. However, it turned out that it acted a bit like a hammock and you sunk into it. I slept really well and had none of the achy muscles soft beds usually give me.
Walk in wardrobe!
Lots of other storage too. Really helpful.
Great shower.
Iron and Ironing board in room
Laundry room on same floor
For me the fridge was fine and not too small.
Lots of plates, cutlery, glasses etc
Coffee maker.
The decor is dated, but not offensive and I kind of grew to find it quite comforting.
Quiet.
Clean.
You can’t beat the price.
Location is perfect.
The Jockey Club is cute!
Really nice staff.
There’s little shop.
The pool area is sweet. We had a picnic there. And it stays open late. Was great to take drinks and hang out by the pool till later on as it is lit nicely. For us the pool area was good to be able to retreat to later in the day as it is shaded and we needed that when it was 39 degrees.
It is easy to get onto the Cosmopolitan pool list, just ask early on and they put you on the list for the week. I went to this pool in the mornings when it opened, as it got too hot for me later on. This was great and I always got a lounger. They occasionally looked in my bag, but it was in no way intrusive.
Good communication with owner.
We have stayed a few places in Vegas and whilst this is not one of the flashiest it is perfect, especially for a longer stay - we had a brilliant time.

For the cost, probably appropriate.
Cons: TV did not work, pretty outdated furniture/bedding, view out of the window is a big dirty wall with dirty vents, window shades were fimsy and barely shut.
Pros: awesome location, felt very private, pretty spacious, towels were clean, nice walking closet to hang up clothes.

Room needs to be updated and cleaned better.
The room furniture was a futon that opened up the middle that was right on your spine so it was hard to sleep on. The remote for the TV to use you had to hold the batteries in place with your fingers. When we walked on the floor with bare feet they became black. Pillows (not pillowcase) where all stained and had to ask for new ones. Disappointed that the fridge was a small one and the temperature gauge was taken off so it couldn't be adjusted.
The center island on the corner was all broken and hasn't been fixed. Electrical socket had wires hanging out with no face plate which where hooked up to the light and TV. We eventually decided to rebooked into another hotel taking the lose on what we paid for a week at the Jockey Club.

Convenient & Clean
Located right next to Bellagio on the Strip. Block and a half from the monorail. Frank, the owner, was very responsive to all my communications. There was a hiccup at check-in but it appeared to have to do with some miscommunication between property personnel, not Frank. Was able to connect with Frank and get the situation ironed out in about 15 mins.
Neat and cozy little condo. The bed was super comfy also. Meant to check and see what brand of mattress it was as my wife and I are probably going to be in the market for a new one soon. :)

I have stayed at The Jockey Club in the past and so, assumed a much higher standard. This unit seemed to have everything pulled out and replaced with old, cheap and/or broken stuff! As a family of 4, I intended to prepare some meals. The fridge was a mini fridge, the stove was not original and was a very old with no vent, all kitchenware was very old and beat up and cabinets were broken. Sinks would not turn off and kitchen sink drain leaks. All bath towels had marks on them and weren't enough for 4, there were no kitchen towels, no dish soap and dishwasher soap was not compatible (cannot put pods in the soap container) The bath cabinet is from the 80's or older. Is Kleenex really too much to ask for? All throw rugs looked like they had been used OUTSIDE. Sofa in living area is a futon from IKEA. Sheets were very old and worn with NO PAD on the bed, bedroom furniture ancient. Some electrical outlets were missing covers, lightbulbs burnt out, and, omg, could you spare a battery for the big clock?? I was embarrassed to bring my son and his friend there but, of course, it was too late to go elsewhere unless paying a fortune. oh, the paint was new...except the baseboards!! (which were gross) Other units at the Jockey Club are quite nice.

missed having ice cubes
Perfect location, between the Cosmopolitan and the Bellagio.
My only complaint would be that there is only a refrigerator, no freezer.

Jockey club
Upon check-in security put us in a very large unit. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, full kitchen, dining room, sleeps 8. We thought WOW and got comfortable.
Then 2 hours later security came and said they put us in the wrong unit. They did help relocate us, but what would have happened to our stuff if we weren't still in the larger unit?
There were a few issues that I needed to notify property manager about the unit. 3 out of 4 Stove top burners would not stay down, dishwasher wouldn't latch, kitchen counter top didn't cover entire cabinetry and window blinds had 3 missing panels. He said that no one had told him about these issues, so I'll give benefit of doubt.

Location is alright, property could be cleaner and updated
The property is tucked in off the boulevard in an alley that reeks of trash among other things. The room was a little bit dirty and outdated but for the price you almost couldn’t beat it.

Nice room, great price and location
Perfect location on the strip. Check in was a little strange as security handled check in, not the front desk, which took a while to locate the security officer.

The property was very open. I loved the spaciousness. The bed was perfect and I slept better than I ever have while away from home. I loved the horse art too! My only issues were the coffee maker did not work, but fortunately the unit came with a kitchen and pots, so I was able to boil water for tea. Bring your own shampoo and rinse! All else was perfect and I felt quite safe. I would highly recommend a stay!

Disappointing
This is the 3rd time I've stayed at the Jockey Club. It's a great location on the strip. But this visit I had to check in with the Security person and not the registration desk. I was a given a room that was not nearly as nice as on previous visits. The bed and bathroom were fine BUT the kitchen island was in disrepair, elec. cords from the lamps and TV were stretched out across the room, junction box open and wires hanging, bathroom baseboard dirty, and no TV in the bedroom. I've been here twice before and got very clean, comfortable rooms. This trip was a disappointment. I come to Vegas every year but may not stay at the Jockey Club again.

Clean and great location
We’ve stayed at this property before under a different owner- this particular unit had some nice upgrades (new couch) but looks like it’s still under construction. There was exposed outlets and missing baseboards but overall a nice stay. The unit was very clean so that’s really what matters. One noticeable issue- the toilet was very small and very low to the ground. Not the best when your guests are over 5’7- quite awkward to use.
