Nice location, beautiful lake and garden, friendly staff, clean rooms, rich breakfast, spacious parking.
The walls are so thin and we could not sleep that night because of the noise next door. They were just talking, not even speaking loudly, but still it felt like they were talking in our room.

lovely location, ideal for us as we had a late flight in and it was only 15minutes from the airport. Fantastic for us to be able to wake up in the countryside with a swimming pool and a beautiful garden. The breakfast was fantastic!

The surroundings and wildlife are nice, there are many ducks, turtles, rabbits and a friendly dog which made things interesting.
Some of the food is quite good and the location is convenient for the airport, although you will most definitely need a car to get to any shops, restaurants, beach etc as it is effectively a farm and you could easily feel stranded.
The younger staff were friendly and spoke better English, they made an effort to make us feel welcome. The senior staff could learn a lot about hospitality from them as they were not particularly helpful or friendly.
Ibrahim and the younger girl worked hard and should be commended.
The room was quite noisy due to the proximity to a busy road, unfortunately this is not something which can be changed! The room was also very noisy as there is no soundproofing to the neighbouring room, if you get the wrong neighbours then you could be in for a very frustrating stay, we were lucky.
We were not provided with fresh towels or toilet roll and the room was not cleaned whilst we were there, considering our stay was a week this was not ideal.
The restaurant is expensive given that this is Turkey, local restaurants will serve the same quality food at a fraction of the cost. The room is also expensive considering just how basic it is.
WiFi in the rooms is unreliable and you will have to construct your own desk from outdoor furniture.
The above are basic expectations which could easily be met with a bit more effort.
