Velmi krásně umístěné ubytování. Vše bylo naprosto čisté a připravené k ubytování. Dobré parkování a kvalitní wifi připojení. dobře vybavená kuchyně. Moc krásná terasa s možností posezení. Vhodné spíše pro mladé páry.
Předání klíčů proběhlo v pořádku, ale personál hotelu (kde proběhlo předání klíčů) nebyl schopen a ani ochoten sdělit podrobnější informace k orientaci pro příjezd k ubytování. Mapka, kterou nám personál předal byla naprosto nevyhovující. Přijeli jsme za tmy a nebýt personálu v místním baru, tak jsme asi zůstali na cestě. požadovali jsme ubytování se 2 ložnicemi a dostali jsme v přízemí přistýlku (pro muže naprosto nevhodná), kde navíc v noci hlučel nějaký přístroj, takže se nedalo řádně spát. Do 1. patra vedou strmé schody ... není vhodné pro hůře pohybující se osoby.

Odlicna, mirna lokacija, tik ob golf igriscu. Super izbira, ce imate psa, saj ni potrebno doplacilo, terasa je ograjena.
Apartma bi lahko bil nekoliko bolj cist, predvsem vrtno pohistvo. Postelja in posteljnina niso bili najbolj udobni.

A split bedroom for kids was a big surprise and very useful. The sofa downstairs was great for storing the suitcase and bags. The TV is fine with plenty of TV stations and 7 day rollback. The wifi works everywhere and has adequate speeds. The terrace has nice tiles and extendable shade. The location is great, you can get your car 2 meters from the door and there is a handy bench to the right, so unpacking and packing are a breeze. You have a short thematic trail for the kids 30 meters away and some fitness devices, there is a bar nearby, and you have 5 minutes to the grocery store and Terme 3000, which are great for the kids.
The property could use some inexpensive maintenance. The small terrace door was broken, the fridge had no doors on the freezer compartment, there are no teaspoons for children, and the only meat knife had a broken tip, although I have to compliment the addition of a knife sharpener. One of the two clothes drying racks was completely broken, but you can use the terrace fence for drying clothes and towels. The wall clock had no batteries, the cooker hood lamp was not working, the terrace blinds are bent and the window door has a broken bottom latch. There is also no latch on the roof window, but you can close it by the top handle and it does no leak, so it is functional. The perlator of the kitchen water tap needed a replacement.
There were also quite a few small flies flying around and the wasps had two small nests on the terrace, which I had to sort out, so this was a minor annoyance. I did, however, especially dislike that the shower had no curtain or glass around, leading to a wet mess on the floor. These are the things that should get fixed asap, since one does expect things to be functional.
I would appreciate the gesture of including a few rolls of toilet paper, a bit of dishwashing detergent and a sponge, although this was not a big issue, since the grocery store is fairly close.
