attractive price but not more, fridge not working properly & need replacement

quiet/calm place close to a golf, not really attractive city but reasonable drop point to visit east of Slovenia. Many place for storage : cabinets, cupboards... Price is just correct for prestation. Couldn't be more

No oven, no microwave, no hoover, no kettle. The fridge is out-of-date (broken layout) and not working properly : a bit dangerous concerning food preservation. Even in full mode it is not cold, impossible to freeze ice cubes not cooler block. Need quick replacement. The terrace needs weed killers. The floor was not propely cleaned before we arrive, just dust off. You have to get the key to the Tourist Info (TIC) that will charge 10€ more to get the key, price for the "service"

The apartment is very small, but nice. Located in a quiet location. Clean. Recommended for small families, max 3 people.

The top floor, where the bedroom and bathroom are located, is unbelievably small and very very tight. Everything is stuffed and one cannot open one door fully, because the furniture is installed right behind the door. Also the bedroom is stuffed with two double beds and a huge closet. Impossible for more than one person to be in the bedroom at the same time (exception when sleeping). It feels claustrophobic. We were 3 people and the beds were set basically for two. There were 2 or ever 3 extra linen in the closet (consuming the space for our clothes), which were not clear whether they are fresh/clean and meant for us, or were leftovers from the owner? The same goes for towels. The most unpleasant surprise was the last day, when we were checking out. Through booking reservation we were told, that on site only the tourist tax needs to be paid. But the reception required additional 10€ for the administration/registration fee. No one told us about that. According to the lady at the reception this fee is sometimes paid by the property owner and sometimes by the guests. It would be nice to mention, that this fee also needs to be paid by the guest or increase the rent for those 10€ and the owner should pay for the fee. This last scenario made us leave unpleasant.

Schön ruhig gelegen, nicht weit zum Bad. Ermäßigung auf den Eintritt. Gemütliches Häuschen für 2 Personen, mehr würde ich nicht empfehlen.

Nicht gefallen ist zuviel gesagt, aber ein Fliegengitter im unteren Bereich wäre gut!

Ein tolles Apartment direkt neben dem Golfplatz.

Für uns war alles perfekt. Es fehlte an nichts(Küche,Terrasse,Zimmer,...etc).
